Over 75% of the raw materials used to make and ship 150.1 consist of perfectly good leftover, rejected, or discarded materials from
large factories that would have otherwise made their way to landfills, eventually destroying our planet.

Material Rescue Details:

  • Webbing 1.75 inch – Rescued bits and pieces of safely harness from an export manufacturer of harnesses.
  • Webbing 1.75 inch – Seat belts rescued and removed from cars that have done their lives and reached the scrapyard.
  • Primary body fabric and inner lining – Upcycled fabric and lining has been sourced from an apparel manufacturing factory that closed down post covid and had some export dead stock lying with them.
  • Zip – Leftovers from production runs across various factories
  • Pullers – Small, mismatched lots lying in various corners of manufacturing companies across
    India
  • Thread – Leftover thread cones from garment/travel bags/ accessories manufacturers.
