Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

We offer free shipping throughout India for all our products. Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

Returns:

We at NO MORE are committed to creating long-lasting, sustainable products. While we now accept returns, we strongly encourage mindful shopping to minimize unnecessary carbon emissions and resource waste.

Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description. However, we do not accept returns for variations in color, texture, or other visual differences that naturally occur in upcycled materials.

Return Window:

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product with a manufacturing defect. After this timeframe, we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately, if you notice any issues.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at hello@nomoreofmore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and arrange a pick-up if eligible. For non-serviceable PIN codes, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product to our warehouse.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit in the form of a coupon code. Please Note, Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again. Returns for variations in color, texture or other visual difference will not be accepted.

Return Pick-Up Fee:

A return pick-up fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the store credit, except in cases of incorrect, defective, or damaged items.

Communication Process:

If you wish to initiate a return, please send an email to hello@nomoreofmore.com or fill up a form online with your reasons. We will do our best to respond to your request within 48 hours and guide you through the return process.

Colour Difference:

While we strive to ensure that our product photos accurately represent the item's color, please note that actual colors may vary for the following reasons:

  • Different lighting conditions (e.g., sunlight vs. studio light) can affect the product's color.

  • Your individual monitor or phone settings may cause the color on the screen to appear differently from the actual photograph.

Please note that studio images with a white background are typically closer to the product's true colours, while model photos may vary slightly due to different lighting conditions and occasional colour enhancements.

Repairs:

At NO MORE, we believe in creating products that will last a lifetime. In case your product needs repair, we offer lifetime repairs on the house. You will only need to pay for shipping when it comes to repairs. There is no timeframe for repairs, and we will do our best to repair your NO MORE product and have it shipped back as soon as possible.
