Over 65% of the raw materials used to make and ship 102.12 consist of perfectly good leftover, rejected, or discarded materials from large factories that would have otherwise made their way to landfills, eventually destroying our planet.

Material Rescue Details:

  • Primary body fabric - sourced from the dead stock of a suiting fabric store. Scraps are fabric remnants from production runs of Doodlage, the clothing brand.
  • Inner lining - sourced from the dead stock of an apparel manufacturing factory.
  • Webbing 1 inch – Differently-sized cut pieces that were about to be sent to the landfills.
  • Webbing 1.75 inch – Seat belts rescued and removed from cars that have done their lives and have reached the scrapyard.
  • Thread – Leftover thread cones from garment/travel bags/ accessories manufacturers.
